Compelling x OMR Reviews Integration

Automatically import visitor data from the OMR Viewer into Compelling to enrich company and contact information and transfer it to your CRM

With Compelling Integration, you can import visitor data from OMRviewer directly into Compelling. As soon as a new company visits your OMR Reviews profile, it is automatically created in Compelling, enriched with additional information, and, if desired, forwarded to your CRM (currently, only HubSpot is supported).

This way, you can work with up-to-date company and contact information without having to update it manually.

What is Compelling?

Compelling is an AI-based sales intelligence platform that automatically researches, evaluates, and enriches company and contact data.

The platform continuously collects verified information about companies and relevant contacts. To do this, it uses AI agents that analyze public sources such as websites, job portals, and company databases.

All insights gained are organized and transferred directly to your CRM. This ensures your team always has access to up-to-date and reliable data.

Requirements

  • Active OMRviewer (Advanced, Professional, or Ultimate package)

  • Compelling account with API key

  • Optional: Connected CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce

What features and workflows are available to me with my OMR Reviews x Compelling account?

With your account, you can enrich your OMRviewer data in Compelling for free. Through the OMR Reviews connection, the data is automatically synced to Compelling and supplemented there with additional information such as company insights and relevant contacts.

You can then export the enriched data in various ways, such as via CRM integration (currently only HubSpot is supported) or through a manual export.

Please note: Importing or syncing data from other sources – for example, to enrich existing CRM data or automate inbound workflows is not included in this plan.

Here's how to set up the integration

1. Open Compelling and go to “Connections”

In the dashboard, you’ll find the Connections section. Here, you can connect various tools, such as CRMs, second-party data sources, or outreach tools. Select OMR Reviews.

2. Connect OMRviewer using your API key

Copy your OMRviewer API key from OMR Manager and paste it into Compelling.

Optionally, you can also connect your CRM (currently only HubSpot is supported) to automatically sync data later.

3. Create a new list in Compelling

Click Create New List → Sync from Connection → OMR Reviews.

Define which trigger initiates the sync, e.g., when a new company visits your OMR Reviews profile. New companies are added automatically.

4. Enable automatic enrichment

Compelling enriches each company with additional data points, such as:

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Location or production sites

  • Company size or revenue

  • Custom questions, e.g., “Does the company operate production facilities in Europe?”

All information is tagged with sources by Compelling Agents so you can track where the data comes from.

5. Add Your Own Questions

You can create your own insights to gather specific information on certain topics, such as:

  • What employee benefits does the company offer?

  • What technologies are used?

Depending on the data type, you can use multiple-choice, drop-down, or free-text fields. New companies added via the OMRviewer are automatically enriched with these insights.

6. Add contacts

In Compelling, you can specify which roles or job titles are relevant to you (e.g., “Head of Marketing” or “CTO”). Compelling finds matching contacts, adds email addresses and LinkedIn profiles, and displays them in the Contact View.

Optionally, you can also view additional insights, such as a person's most recent LinkedIn post.

7. Synchronization with Your CRM

Once you’ve connected your CRM, you use mapping to specify which fields are synchronized and where. Example:

“Employee Benefits” → “Benefits” property in HubSpot

Once set up, the sync runs automatically. New companies from OMRviewer are enriched and transferred directly to the CRM.

What Happens Next

Once the connection is established, an automated workflow begins:

  1. New activities on OMR Reviews are received in OMRviewer

  2. Compelling automatically imports the companies into your list

  3. Insights and contact information are added

  4. All data is automatically synced to your CRM

This saves time, ensures up-to-date records, and improves collaboration between marketing and sales.
