Bonus incentive budget

The bonus incentive budget is a one-off bonus that you receive when you take out an Essential, Advanced or Professional package. The amount of the bonus granted depends on the package selected:

The bonus incentive budget can be used within a term year. It cannot be carried over to the following year or used for any other purpose.

If the contract is extended, the incentive budget is reset to the original starting value in the next term year. Up- or downgrades lead to an adjustment of the budget according to the new package.

Additional Incentive Budget

If your included bonus incentive budget isn’t enough, you can top it up at any time. To do so, simply send a message to our Customer Support at cs-reviews@omr.com specifying the amount by which you’d like to increase your incentive budget.

What happens next?

After receiving your request, we will top up your incentive budget accordingly. The additional budget will then be available to you directly in the OMR Manager and can be used immediately for incentivized reviews.

We will issue the invoice for the additional budget afterward.

⚠️ Please note:

Unlike the bonus incentive budget, any additional incentive budget you’ve earned will not be reset at the end of a contract year.

If you have any remaining additional incentive budget at the end of your current contract term, it will automatically be carried over to the next term – provided your contract is renewed.

In the event of termination, any remaining additional incentive budget expires and cannot be paid out or refunded.

Incentives serve as appreciation for the rating and time invested. They are not intended to buy reviews or influence their content.

We publish all reviews that comply with our guidelines. We also welcome and even encourage negative reviews as a valuable resource for product development and customer service.

As a neutral review platform, OMR Reviews checks all reviews within an average of 72 hours and acts as a service provider that automatically sends the relevant voucher codes to your customers after their review has been published. Reviews that are not completed or rejected will not receive a voucher, leaving your bonus incentive budget unaffected. You can find more information about our review process here.

⚠️ Make sure that you send your customers the incentivized invitation links to the review survey that you have created. Do not use the direct link to your OMR Reviews profile for this purpose.
The incentivized review links contain important parameters for recognizing the incentives and ensure that your customers receive a voucher code from us after publishing their review. Make sure to keep the links complete, especially when sharing internally and externally. Some tools, such as Slack, shorten links automatically.
