How to optimize your OMR Reviews profile: Upload awards, certificates, and USPs

In this article, you will find the following content 👇

  1. How-To in the OMR Manager

Your OMR Reviews profile is more than just a digital business card and your stage to convince potential customers of your expertise and specialization. In addition to tool partnerships, awards, certificates, and clear USPs play a central role. Especially in a competitive environment, companies are not just looking for any service provider, but a partner with proven expertise, relevant industry experience, and that certain something.

Certificates and partner awards, for example from software providers such as SAP, HubSpot, or Microsoft, underscore your expertise and signal that you are not only able to use tools, but are also officially qualified to do so. These credentials give potential customers confidence in their choice and build trust, especially when they are facing complex or long-term projects.

USPs (unique selling propositions) also help to sharpen your profile: What makes your offering special? What services do you offer that others do not, or not to the same depth? Perhaps you have special industry solutions, a particularly strategic consulting approach, or exceptional customer proximity.

The more you showcase your awards, certificates, and USPs on your OMR Reviews profile, the easier you make it for potential customers to classify you and choose you. You build trust, set yourself apart from the competition, and position yourself where you can have the greatest impact: as a relevant, competent partner on equal footing.

Step 1

Go to the “Certificates & USPs” tab in OMR Manager. Click on “Edit” in the top right corner to maintain or add to your entries.

Step 2

Select whether it is a certificate or a USP. You can combine both freely. A maximum of 6 entries are possible in total. Enter a heading and a brief description.

For each entry, you provide a headline (max. 40 characters) and a subheadline (max. 80 characters). Optionally, you can also add an English version; if not, the German version will be displayed automatically.

Tips:

  • Use recognized designations:
If you have an official certificate or award from a tool provider or association, use the exact title as it is listed there.
  • Focus on what really sets you apart:
USPs are not about advertising slogans, but about concrete strengths (for example, specializations, special services, or technologies you work with).
