Top Rated Badge explained

The Top Rated Badge is awarded quarterly for your chosen main category and is based on user ratings. It recognizes tools that have received at least ten ratings with an average NPS of 8 or the equivalent of 4 stars within a quarter.

Through regular updates, the Top Rated Badge ensures that only tools that have recently received positive user feedback are recognized. This provides guidance for software seekers and makes decision-making easier. If a software receives the Top Rated Badge over several quarters, this proves consistently high user satisfaction and strengthens the trust of potential buyers.

Your tool receives the Top Rated Badge if it receives at least 10 ratings with an average of 4 stars within a quarter. The award for the current quarter is always based on the ratings collected in the previous quarter.

The Top Rated Badge will go live on your product profile in the quarter in which your tool is awarded. In addition, you will receive the badge URLs in PNG and SVG format by email so that you can use them for your social proof marketing on your own channels.

How the Top Rated Badge and Leader Badge differ

The Top Rated Badge is only awarded in the main category. All tools that achieve at least ten ratings with an average NPS of 8 or 4 stars in the course of a quarter receive this award.

The Leader Badge is awarded to the tool with the highest OMR score within a category. Your tool can be recognized as a leader in the main category as well as in several subcategories.
