Real reviews, real people: How we check every review

To ensure that reviews come from real tool users, we verify the identity of all reviewers using their name and email address or LinkedIn™ account. We also take potential conflicts of interest into account during the review process.

For example, users are not permitted to submit reviews for the software of their own employer, a subsidiary or parent company of their employer or a competitor.

After successful review and publication, reviewers will automatically receive an e-mail notification.

If a review does not comply with our guidelines, we reserve the right not to publish it. In this case, we will also send an e-mail notification to the reviewer with the reason for rejection and instructions on how the review can be revised and resubmitted.
