Notifications in OMR Manager
You can see new reviews, awards, and leads right on the dashboard: Here's how to read the notification feed and go directly to the relevant section with just one click
There’s always something happening on your OMR Reviews profile. Customers leave reviews, your tool receives awards, and buyers reach out via the contact form. The notifications in OMR Manager consolidate these events in one place and take you directly to where you can act on them with just one click.

What are notifications in OMR Manager?
A notification is a brief message about an event on your profile, along with a button that takes you to the relevant section in OMR Manager. If there’s a new review, you’ll be taken to the review; if there’s a new contact request, you’ll be taken to the lead.
This makes the feed a guide rather than an inbox. You can’t reply to messages or edit data there, that always happens in the respective section. Instead, you can view all events related to all your tools in one place, rather than having to search for them in different email threads.
The notification feed in the dashboard
Where to find the feed
The feed is located right in the OMR Manager dashboard—that is, on the page you see after logging in. You don’t need to open anything separately; the “Notifications” card is part of the dashboard. If there’s something new, you’ll see a purple dot next to the “Dashboard” entry in the left-hand navigation.
If your company uses multiple tools on OMR Reviews, all notifications are consolidated into this single feed. The tool associated with each notification is indicated by a label on the notification itself.

Structure of a Notification

A single notification with labels, a headline, a subheadline, a time stamp, and a CTA button
Every notification follows the same structure:
-
The labels in the top-left corner show the source and the tool, for example, OMR Reviews and CleverReach
-
The purple dot before the headline means you haven’t read the message yet
-
The headline tells you what happened, for example, “New review for CleverReach”
-
The line below provides the most important details for a review, for example, the star rating and the date
-
The time stamp shows how long ago the event occurred
-
The button on the right serves the notification’s main purpose and takes you directly to the relevant section
Mark as Read, Remove, Restore
Clicking the button takes you to the next page and marks the notification as read at the same time. The purple dot then disappears.
If you want to remove a notification from the view, click the X on the right side. Click “Remove All” in the top-right corner of the card to clear all notifications on the first page at once. Immediately after removing a notification, a brief prompt appears, allowing you to undo the action.
Removing a notification simply clears the view; it does not change the status of the notification. The event itself remains intact; you can find the rating in the Ratings section and the lead in the Leads section.
How far back the feed goes
The feed displays events from the last 60 days. Older posts are automatically removed from view, though the associated ratings, awards, and leads naturally remain in their respective sections.

The three lead notifications are the fastest way to access your leads because they save you the trouble of navigating through the system.
Who can see notifications in the team
Notifications are sent to everyone in your company who has administrative rights for the Reviews section in OMR Manager. Anyone who uses the Manager solely for other purposes – such as festival organization – will not see the feed.
All authorized users see the same notifications for all of the company’s tools. There is no breakdown by department. So if colleagues from Sales are supposed to see lead notifications, they need their own account with the appropriate permissions.
Notifications and Emails
The feed in the dashboard and system notifications via email are two channels for the same events.
You decide who receives the emails. In your product’s settings, you can specify the addresses for the various distribution lists, separated by reviews and awards, contact requests, and downloads, as well as companies identified from buyer intent data. It’s worth checking these periodically, because emails sent to outdated addresses won’t reach anyone.
The feed in the dashboard, on the other hand, is visible to all authorized users, regardless of the distribution list.
Best Practices: How to work with the feed
Use the feed as your default starting point
-
Problem: If you only respond to emails, you’ll always be working in your inbox and miss events sent to a distribution list instead of your own address. When using multiple tools, this can quickly become confusing.
-
Procedure: When working in OMR Manager, open the dashboard first and scroll through the feed from top to bottom. Use the button in each notification instead of navigating manually—this takes you directly to the review or lead.
-
Result: You see all tools at a glance and have a complete overview within minutes, without having to search through your inbox.
Respond to new reviews while they’re still fresh
-
Problem: An unanswered review remains visible to all profile visitors. With critical reviews, your perspective is missing, and buyers only see one side of the story.
-
Action: Use the notification as a prompt and reply directly from the review view. For positive reviews, a brief response is sufficient; for critical ones, address the specific point.
-
Result: Your profile shows that you’re listening and responding. For buyers, this is a trust signal in its own right, regardless of the star rating.
Reuse Awards Immediately
-
Problem: An award is acknowledged but then left unused. The badge remains in the resources and never appears where buyers could see it.
-
Solution: Download the asset directly using the button in the notification and share it with Marketing for use on the website and landing pages, and with Sales for presentations and proposals.
-
Result: An independent trust signal becomes a building block in your communication, rather than just a file in the download folder.
Don’t remove lead notifications until the lead has been transferred
-
Problem: It’s easy to click the “X” too quickly. If the lead isn’t yet in your CRM or sales list afterward, it falls through the cracks between systems.
-
Procedure: When you receive a lead notification, first click the button to go to the Leads section, transfer the information, and only then close the notification. If you clicked too soon, you’ll still find the lead in the Leads section.
-
Result: The feed reliably shows you what’s still pending, and you won’t lose any inquiries while cleaning up.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t see any notifications in the dashboard. Why is that?
There are two possibilities. Either your account doesn’t have administrative rights for the Reviews section, in which case the feed won’t be displayed. Or there haven’t been any events yet – meaning no published reviews, awards, or leads. If in doubt, check with someone who manages permissions at your company to see if your access is set up correctly.
How far back does the feed go?
It shows events from the last 60 days. Older events disappear from view but remain in their respective sections.
I accidentally removed a notification. Is it gone?
Immediately after removing it, you can undo the action via the brief prompt. If the prompt has disappeared, the notification is no longer in the feed. The event itself remains; you can find the review in the Reviews section and the lead in the Leads section.
Do all colleagues receive the same notifications?
Yes. Everyone with administrative rights for the Reviews section sees the same feed, featuring all of your company’s tools.
Can I choose which notifications I see?
The feed in the dashboard shows all events related to your tools. You can control email notifications by using the distribution lists in your product’s settings to specify which addresses receive which system notifications.
Why do I also receive an email?
The feed and email are two channels for the same event. The email reaches you even when you’re not currently in OMR Manager, while the feed collects everything in one place.
Can I reply directly within a notification?
No. Notifications direct you to the right place; that’s where you take action. You reply to a review in the review view, and you contact a lead from the Leads section using your own channels.
Are notifications available even without a paid plan?
Yes. The feed displays events related to all of your company’s tools. However, which events appear depends on the configuration of the respective profile; for example, a download lead requires a download section with at least one document.
