How to migrate your HubSpot integration from Salesviewer to the new OMRviewer integration

The new OMRviewer integration for HubSpot is here and gives you significantly more clarity and control over your buyer intent data.

Until now, insights from the OMRviewer were fed into your CRM via the Salesviewer integration. With the new integration, all activities are now cleanly logged as OMR Reviews activities in HubSpot – including the intent score.

In this article, we’ll show you how to activate the integration, what’s changing, and what to watch out for when it comes to existing automations.

  • More relevance for workflows: The intent score is passed directly – ideal for lead scoring or trigger campaigns
  • Clear attribution in the CRM: All activities are retrospectively marked as OMRviewer activities
  • No data loss: Existing data will be retained if CRM permissions are set correctly
  • Fast setup: The complete data transfer usually takes no more than 24 to 48 hours

Here’s how the migration works

  1. Log in to the OMRviewer
    → Log in to the OMR Manager and click on "OMRviewer" in the bottom left navigation bar
  2. Open the integration
    Navigate to the "Integrations" section and select HubSpot
  3. Start the migration
    Click on “Migrate” and go through the authorization via HubSpot (OAuth)
  4. Wait for the data transfer
    Once connected, all activities will be assigned retroactively
