1. Do you offer a pay-per-click (PPC) model?
Yes - our pay-per-click service offers you the opportunity to place various advertising formats on OMR Reviews, the largest German-language software information platform. The best thing: you only pay for clicks that actually occur! You can find out more here.

Your PPC ads are integrated through placements in various places on OMR Reviews. Our experts will be happy to advise you on your options.
3. How do I get started with the PPC service?

Article placements
1. How can I be placed in articles with PPC?
Organic placements are given to the leading tools in a software category. With our PPC service, you can (additionally) place ads in dedicated, target group-specific articles in our high-reach ContentHub. You can find an example here. For more information, please get in touch with your OMR Reviews contact person or book a consultation with our PPC team. We will be happy to inform you about your placement options and provide you with suitable article suggestions via an integration sheet.
2. How can I be placed in other articles?
Even after your PPC ads have been launched, we can make additional placements in other suitable articles. If you have specific requests, simply enter the relevant article URLs in your integration sheet - alternatively, we will send you further suitable suggestions.
3. Can my banner be placed higher up in articles?
We attach great importance to fair placements for all partners. If you would like to place your banner higher up in certain articles, please let us know - we will check your request.
4. Can my PPC ads be removed from certain articles?
Yes - mark the desired article URLs in your integration sheet and send us a short email stating that you have made the selection in the sheet. We will take care of everything else.
PPC banner
1. Can you create banners for my PPC ads?
Yes - if you don't want to create your own banner design, we'll be happy to do it for you free of charge. Our design team will ensure that your banner is displayed professionally and optimally on all devices. You can find more information here.
2. Can I create my own banners for my PPC ads?
Yes, you can create banners in your own design. Please note the following requirements:
- Height: 500 px
- Width: 1016 px
- The banner must contain the words “Ad” in one of the corners.
- It must contain a call-to-action.
- We recommend integrating trust or social proof elements.

3. Can I place several banners at the same time?
Yes - simply contact us if you would like to use several banners at the same time.
4. Are animated banners allowed?
Yes, animated elements or GIFs are generally permitted - they just have to comply with our guidelines and specifications.
5. How long does it take for my banner to go live?
As soon as we have received all the necessary information and files, your banner will be activated promptly.
6. How can I replace my banner?
We are happy to help you replace your banners. Simply send us the new files or enter the following information in your integration sheet:
- Banner headline
- Banner text
- Call-to-action (CTA)
- Desired positions

PPC campaign
1. When will my PPC campaign start?
As soon as we have all the necessary information, we will start your integration as soon as possible. You will be informed about all steps and will receive your personal access to the OMR Reviews PPC dashboard upon completion. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to contact us at any time!
2. Has my PPC integration been completed and are my ads live?
If you are unsure or have questions about the current integration, please contact the PPC team directly via email at reviews-affiliate@omr.com. We will check the status and get back to you quickly.
3. How can I optimize my PPC campaign?
We will be happy to analyze your campaign and give you specific suggestions for optimization. Please contact the PPC team directly by e-mail at reviews-affiliate@omr.com.
4. How can I customize my UTM parameters?
You can add the following UTM parameters:
utm_source
utm_medium
utm_content
utm_term
Please enter the desired parameters in your PPC integration sheet and let us know - we will take care of the implementation.
5. Can I set UTM parameters per article?
Yes - we recommend using the UTM parameter "utm_term" and entering the article slug (last part of the URL).
PPC dashboard
1. Why is my login to the PPC dashboard not working?
If your login is not working, we will be happy to help you. Simply contact our support team by email at cs-reviews@omr.com and let us know your first name, surname and email address so that we can check your access.
2. How can I get additional access to the PPC dashboard?
We are happy to set up additional access to the OMR Reviews PPC dashboard for you. Simply contact our support team by email at cs-reviews@omr.com and let us know your first name, surname and email address to create another account.
3. Can you create a click report including costs for me?
You can easily view and export your click and cost reporting yourself in the OMR Reviews PPC Dashboard.
This is how it works:
Click on "Insights" in the PPC dashboard.
Select your desired view:
Time (per day)
Advertisers (total)
Creatives (by placement)
Specify the time period you want to analyze.
Click on "Ads".
The data is displayed in tabular form and can be exported as a CSV or Excel file.
PPC budget, invoice & contract
1. What happens if my PPC budget is exceeded?
If your PPC budget is exceeded, we will be happy to analyze the situation together with you. If you are unable to increase your budget, we will adjust your PPC campaigns accordingly and remove certain placements.
2. How can I increase or optimize my PPC budget?
We appreciate your interest in increasing your PPC budget. We would be happy to recommend further placement options in a personal consultation. Please book a consultation with our PPC team.
3. How can I adjust billing details?
Simply send us an email to reviews-affiliate@omr.com with your change requests. We will check your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
4. How can I request PPC invoices again?
Simply send us a short e-mail to reviews-affiliate@omr.com with the details of which invoices you would like to receive again. We will then send them to you as soon as possible.
PPC contract
5. How long does my PPC contract run for?
You can find the term in your contract. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please contact us at any time - we will be happy to help you.
6. How can I cancel my PPC contract?
The minimum term is 12 months. Cancellation is possible in writing at least 4 weeks before the end of the contract - preferably by e-mail to reviews-affiliate@omr.com. If the contract is not terminated on time, it will be automatically extended for a further 12 months.
