HubSpot Integration
Here’s how to use the HubSpot API in the OMRviewer to transfer Buyer Intent Data from OMR Reviews directly into your CRM system:
Start the integration

Log in to the OMRviewer.

Click on Integrations in the left navigation.

Select the OMRviewer HubSpot Integration.

Click Connect.
Authorize the connection to HubSpot

Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect.

Allow the OMRviewer app to access your HubSpot data (e.g., CRM access or activity logs).

Once authorized, the integration is active.
Configure transfer settings
You can now adjust the following settings:

Filter for company transfer:
Decide whether to transfer all companies or only specific companies (e.g., based on Buyer Intent Score or visit behavior).

Overwrite email fields:
Optionally, define whether existing fields in HubSpot should be overwritten.
- Type of transfer:

Automatic transfer (based on predefined filters)

Manual transfer (you select which companies to transfer)

By default, manual transfer is active, giving you full control.
Transfer companies to HubSpot

Go to your Companies Dashboard in the OMRviewer.

Search for the desired company.
-
Click the three dots next to the company name.

Select Transfer to HubSpot.

A grey HubSpot icon indicates that the company already exists in HubSpot but no data is currently being transferred.

A colored HubSpot icon shows that the company has been successfully transferred and is actively receiving OMRviewer data.
View activities in HubSpot

Go to Companies in HubSpot.

Open a company that was transferred via OMRviewer.

Navigate to the Activity Overview.

Filter activities by OMRviewer.
You’ll now see all interactions, such as:

Pages visited on OMR Reviews

Visit duration
-
Page types (product profile, category, competitor, etc.)

Ensure that data transfer happens manually or as needed to avoid overloading your CRM with too much data.
