Collect reviews for your business service profile
Here's how to find your survey link in OMR Manager and invite your customers to rate you on OMR Reviews
In the “Reviews” section of the OMR Manager, you'll find your personal survey link. You can share this link directly with your customers so they can submit a structured review for your profile. Incoming reviews are reviewed by our Customer Support team, approved, and published on your profile.
In this article, you’ll find the following information 👇
What the survey link is and how it works
Your survey link takes your customers directly to a structured review survey on OMR Reviews. The survey guides them through the review process in six steps: from recommendations to questions about the collaboration and detailed evaluations, all the way to information about their own company.
You’ll receive one link in German and one in English. Submitted reviews are reviewed and approved. They then appear in the reviews section of your profile on OMR Reviews.
Reviews submitted via this link will soon affect the ranking. They will then be weighted more heavily than reviews from external platforms such as Google Maps or Trustpilot. For more information, see the article “Ranking & Review of Agency Profiles.”
Step 1: Find the survey link in OMR Manager
Open OMR Manager and select your Business Service profile from the left-hand navigation menu. Then click on “Reviews” in the sub-navigation menu.
There you’ll see the “Collect Reviews” section with two links you can copy:
-
DE Survey link for German-speaking customers
-
EN Survey link for English-speaking customers
Click the copy icon next to the respective link to copy it to your clipboard.

Step 2: Share the link with your clients
You can share the link through any channel. The following have proven effective:
-
Email after project completion: A direct message to the contact person who oversaw the project, shortly after the collaboration ends.
-
Follow-up after a client meeting: If you’re discussing the collaboration during the meeting anyway, you can send the link right afterward.
-
Onboarding completion or milestones: Moments when clients have had a clear experience are particularly well-suited.
Make sure you copy the link in its entirety and test it before sending it.
Here’s what the review survey looks like from the client’s perspective
The survey guides your clients through the review process in six steps. It takes only a few minutes, and no account is required.
1. Introduction: A brief note explaining that every review is verified for authenticity and that only valuable, detailed reviews will be published. Feedback will be provided within 72 hours.

2. Rating & Title: How likely they are to recommend you (on a scale of 0 to 10), a title for the rating, and a review of at least three sentences.

3. The Project: What your services were used for, what those services were, a description of the collaboration, the project budget, the channels of collaboration, and the clients’ industry.

4. Detailed evaluation: Four statements regarding collaboration, value for money, quality of work, and communication, each rated on a scale of 1 to 7.

5. About You: The reviewer’s company, position, and company URL; optionally, their LinkedIn profile.

6. Submit: Consent to the processing of your data and confirmation that the review is based on your own experiences and was submitted independently. Optionally, join the OMR Reviews Community.

Our Customer Support team will then review the review. Your customers will receive a response within 72 hours, and once approved, the review will appear in the reviews section of your profile on OMR Reviews.
