Step 1: Set up your product profile in OMR Manager and invite colleagues.
First, focus on setting up and building your OMR Reviews product profile in OMR Manager. Also check which colleagues already have access and invite any missing team members who need access to the OMR Manager and/or the OMRviewer (from Advanced).

1. Store relevant e-mail addresses to receive the OMR Reviews system notifications.
Log in to the OMR Manager and click on your product.
Navigate to the “Settings” tab and enter the relevant e-mail addresses for receiving our system notifications.
Enter the e-mail addresses in the fields provided for the respective distribution lists and confirm your entry with the Enter key. Then click on “Save” to apply the changes.
🚨Save relevant email addresses directly so that you don't miss any important system notifications from the outset.
2. Invite other colleagues to the OMR Manager.
Click on the menu item “User Management” and click on “Create new user”.
Enter the email address of your colleagues and select the relevant areas to which they should have access in the "Access rights" section. Then click on "Create user" to send an invitation email to your colleagues to access the OMR Manager.
3. Set up your OMR Reviews product profile.
Click on your product and enter your profile content in the various tabs.

Your product profile is your digital business card on the platform. The more relevant information you provide, the more convincing, trustworthy and attractive it will be for potential buyers.
An attractively designed profile can not only increase the time users spend on your website, but also increase the click-out rate - i.e. the number of clicks on your external links, such as your website or the second call-to-action (available from the Advanced package onwards). Potential customers are more likely to engage with a profile that offers comprehensive and valuable information.
